Displaying Account Totals

You can view your account totals anytime using this option.

1. Press Menu.

2. Select "Accounts".

NOTE: If the supervisor password is enabled, you will need

to enter it to gain access to all of the accounting functions.

3. Select "View/Clear Account Totals".

4. Select an account to view:

• Key in the account number and press Enter, OR

• Select the appropriate account from the list. If necessary,

press the green down arrow key to scroll through the menu

screens.

5. The account name, pieces, and value of the postage used dis-

plays. Select "Done" to return to the Accounts screen.

Account Totals

Account: SALES

Value : Print

Piece : None

◄ Clear these Totals

◄ Done
