Tighten solution bottle cap.

Out of E-Z Seal. Refill E-Z Seal flap moistening

bottle.

Leak in solution tubing.

Envelopes not stacked

properly.

Review the method of stacking mail in

4 - Running Mail.

Flap size is not within

specifications

Use envelopes with flaps from 1 in. to

3-7/8 in. deep.
